Hi, we are the Ourada Family Band, also known as "BLUE DIAMOND
HIGHWAY". The name comes from the small mining town that we came
from, Blue Diamond, NV. We now reside in Spokane, WA. We play country, bluegrass, gospel, and old
tyme tunes. We are a true 'family band' featuring Dad, Mom, and
two children. Sarah the youngest at 13 years old, plays fiddle, the
spoons, and thrills audiences with
her sweet voice. JB, short for Jeremiah at 14 years old is a stage
natural. He does a major part of the announcing and is one of the
hottest mandolin pickers around,
amazing all who see him. JB also plays the guitar and sings many of our
songs. Rounding out the band is mom and dad. Lisa plays the
upright bass and sings, and Mike plays the guitar and sings back-up.
